Three ways to organise a staff mobility
Job shadowing
Days spent alongside colleagues in an organisation in the participant's own field, observing and taking part in their tasks.
Study visits
A programme of professional visits to several institutions in the participant's area, with a meeting at each one to exchange good practices.
Combined with a course
Job shadowing or visits combined with one of our training courses.
